Summary: Room was cleaned. bed and Sofa were comfortable. Breakfast is good. the area around hotel is almost empty, and no activities to do there , you have to make plan outside hotel.

Summary: The bed was small and not enough for two people! The room is small, I was not given the King bed that I booked through Hotels.com, but the staff was very nice and friendly.

Summary: we reserved no smoking room but the room had bad smell , They changed it but unfortunately, the bed was not balance and was broken. I had to put something under it to keep the sound and balancing. I told them and they were angry but i did not have a good sleep. They are friendly but they need to be more careful.

Summary: We had a lovely time staying at this hotel,the staff are friendly and professional and the room was clean and all amneties provided. The dinner from restaurant was amazing and nice fireplace.

Summary: Great Hotel, very helpful staff and comfortable stay. We had to stay there for a long period of time as we get settled in Yalova. A big big thank you to Saja for being extremely helpful the entire time. She took care of all our needs, checked us in very punctually, ensured our 8 month baby was taken care of quickly. She not only helped us daily with any requests related to the hotel that we needed daily, but was also very helpful in helping us adjust to our new home in Yalova. Her exceptional customer service skills were a big reason of why we extended our stay for as long as we did at this hotel. Thank you again Saja.

Summary: Didn’t give us enough water, coffee. Our shampoo, liquid soap were empty, forgot to clean our room twice in one week Cleaned half of the room. Didn’t speak a word of English. Finally they apologized and sent us a small fruit basket.
